EMT Training Programs
Our EMT program is Massachusetts Accredited and open to individuals who are looking for a career in the field of EMS. It is also open to individuals who would like to personally further their knowledge in life-saving techniques that can be used in the event of a crisis. We at STAT Emergency Medical Training appreciate your interest in our Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program.

The training includes, but is not limited to:
- 190 hours of class time
- Course topics include, but are not limited to, Airway Management & Oxygen Therapy, Ambulance and Transport Operations, Anatomy and Physiology, Cardiac Arrest with use of an Automated External Defibrillator, Cardiovascular & Respiratory Emergencies, Fractures & Spinal Injuries, Infection Control, Medical & Traumatic Emergencies, OB/GYN Emergencies, Pharmacology, Transport Operations, Trauma & Bleeding & Shock
- Book and online access code (access to the internet required)
- AHA CPR certification
- Preparation for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician’s cognitive examination and Massachusetts psychomotor examination
- A complete overview of the skills and requirements of an EMT-B
- Guidance throughout the EMT certification process including scheduling an exam

Course price of $1,300
EMT Class Sign-Up
Sign up for our EMT programs in person at our main office located at 360 Faunce Corner rd, Dartmouth MA. Applications are taken Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. At least a $300 deposit is due at the time of enrollment. Half of the students remaining tuition is due by the mid-term, and total tuition is due by the final exam. Tuition includes the cost of the book, online course material, and a National Exam Test Prep program. Tuition does not include state practical and national written examination fees.
EMT Candidate Skills Verification
We provide service for EMT any course graduate who's Massachusetts psychomotor exam has expired and require a skills verification for the NREMT. Email us to inquire about scheduling and pricing.
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) BLS Provider Course or Heartsaver AED/First Aid
BLS provider course: $80 per attendee
BLS provider, skills verification for online course: $60 per attendee
Heartsaver AED/First Aid: $150 per attendee
STAT Emergency Medical Training offers CPR classes with flexible schedules. CPR classes are American Heart Association (AHA) certified. Our classes are ideal for healthcare providers as well as private individuals.
Each CPR class is a video-based, instructor led course that teaches the proper steps and procedures for CPR, AED usage, choking, for the adult, child, and infant. A combination course of CPR and First Aid is available upon request. The CPR/First Aid course offers not only the proper steps and procedures for CPR, AED usage, choking, for the adult, and infant, as well as bleeding control, splinting, and managing medical emergencies.
We offer a receptive and professional learning environment in a large classroom, located conveniently in Dartmouth, MA or we would be happy to travel onsite to teach the course (minimum 6 attendees for onsite travel).

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) & PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Courses
For those advanced healthcare providers, STAT Emergency Medical Training offers American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS and PALS courses taught by extremely knowledgeable AHA certified instructors, who are also experienced paramedics with STAT Dartmouth and Southcoast EMS. We offer classes throughout the year, but if you have 4 or more attendees, then we would certainly travel onsite based on your convenience.
